Thank you for your assistance and input to get my caravan rear box order from you sorted, it was great to speak to someone who knew what they were talking about. The reason for ordering from Custom was simple, after looking at some 10 different manufacturers including Mass Merchant like Bunnings etc it was obvious that none of them were water proof, could colour match my caravan and in a lot of cases not even welded properly. The box bracket was fantastic and fitted perfectly. I could not be happier.

Completely happy with our purchase from you and the service you provided as well. Have told our friends and family. But … you wouldn’t believe it, it won’t fit on our caravan. Had planned to attached it to the “A” frame pull bar, but the lid of the front boot of the Jayco Outback Journey extends too far. Didn’t even get to use it … trying to sell it but no luck so far. No issue with your product – excellent quality – just our mistake not allowing room for the boot lid to lift up.
